  Who is the wild beast in Revelation??

  i have been trying to figure this out, as i do believe that revelation is written for our day.

  and too, that it is inspired from god.

  anyone feeling a wee bit guilty about celebrating Thanksgiving and Xmas??

  i was feeling a bit guilty about celebrating as this is my 1st year out and i know the history of all the holidays and birthdays are pagan or bloody or idolatrous.. .

  but i was thinking that it's not what someone made them in the past but what they are right now.. to us, at this moment.

  am i going to sit down on thanksgiving.. and say, "i hate those indians, think i'll go kill some"..????

  in strong's exhaustive concordance...the new testament word 'spiritism'.....means medicine or druggery... (pharmacy comes from the greek word).

  hmmm....does that mean the new testament isn't against spiritism but against druggery?.

  luke 1: 17 nwt also he will go before him with elijah's spirit and power, to turn back the hearts of fathers to children and the disobedient ones to the practical wisdoom of righteous one, to get ready for jehovah a prepared people.

  malachi 4:5 nwt "look!

  i am sending to you people elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and fear-inspiring day of jehovah.

  Typical and antitypical bible stories....

  i was thinking of (just popped into my head)..of 2 bible stories.

  1. daniel 6 the story of the king, who had to throw daniel into the lions pit, but was very unhappy about it.

  anyways...daniel lived and the king threw the conspirators against daniel into the pit and they gobbled them up before they hit the bottom of the pit.
